PwC has again been recognised by ALM Intelligence as a global leader for HR Operations Consulting in its latest report, released in January 2018. Liz DeVito, associate director at ALM, and author of the report, highlighted how: “PwC continues to lead in this market, building on the strengths of its People & Organisation practice (P&O), with innovations in intelligent automation for HR process transformation, to accelerate digital HR/workforce transformation.” 
The report highlights PwC’s Perform approach, which drives new behaviours to achieve a step change in operational effectiveness and efficiency. It also identifies PwC’s innovations in intelligent automation in process transformation and focus on user experience.
