PwC Partner Jiří Zouhar is joining PwC's Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) regional leadership team in January. Jiří, who was previously the Assurance leader in the Czech Republic, will now be responsible for the strategic development and coordination of core audit and risk assurance services in twenty-seven countries in the region.
"I am very honored for the opportunity that comes with the role of the new CEE Assurance leader. I look forward to the diversity, uniqueness and rich opportunities that working across nearly thirty countries entails. My role will be to take our services further and continue building trust in what really matters in the current environment," says new CEE Assurance Leader Jiří Zouhar.
The change will also have an impact on the composition of PwC Czech Republic's leadership. Jiří's role of Assurance leader will be newly filled by Tomáš Kuča, who has been so far leading the Broader Assurance Services (BAS) teams. Core audit will be newly represented in the leadership by Michal Stránský.
